Raha Mirzadegan and Sarah Young began their friendship and musical collaboration while undergraduate students at the University of Maryland, College Park.

In 2020, Sarah earned a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from SUNY Stony Brook, where she studied piano with Gilbert Kalish, and voice with Brenda Harris. She maintains a private studio in the Maryland area.

Based in New York, Raha performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. She received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, under the tutelage of Professor Gran Wilson. In 2022 she completed 120 hours of French Immersion at l’Alliance Française de Paris.
